1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BallStreet ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the BallStreet fantasy football platform, including our website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using BallStreet you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. What BallStreet Is

BallStreet is a free-to-play fantasy football game played with a stock-market theme. You build a portfolio by buying and selling shares of NFL players using virtual in-game currency. Prices move based on real on-field performance and in-league demand. The game is for entertainment and skill-based competition among friends and leagues.

4. No Real-Money Gambling; Virtual Currency

BallStreet is not a gambling, betting, securities, or real-money gaming service. The "cash," "shares," "prices," and "portfolio value" in the game are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money or anything of value, and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred outside the game.

Nothing in the Service is a financial product, security, or investment, and nothing in it is financial advice. Player "shares" are game tokens, not equity in any person or entity.

League dues and prizes, if any, are arranged privately between league members off-platform. BallStreet does not collect, hold, process, or distribute any money, dues, entry fees, or prizes, and is not a party to any such arrangement. Commissioners who track dues do so as a convenience; we take no responsibility for off-platform payments between members.

5. Your Account

  • You sign in using a third-party provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity under your BallStreet account.
  • You agree to choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or infringing. We may reclaim or change names that violate these Terms.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, or otherwise manipulate prices, leagues, drafts, or leaderboards.
  • Access the Service through unauthorized means, scrape data at scale, or interfere with its operation or security.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members, including in league chat.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

7. NFL Data & Third-Party Content

Player names, statistics, schedules, images, and related data are provided by third-party sources and are used for identification and gameplay purposes. BallStreet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, the NFL Players Association, or any player. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data and your own content), is owned by BallStreet and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices, stats, projections, or data will be accurate or available. Real-time and game data may be delayed or incorrect. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BallStreet and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is free and uses only virtual currency with no monetary value, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
